In an interview over the weekend with Fox News, NFIB Colorado Member Harold Jackson discussed the difficulties facing small businesses who are afraid to expand operations and invest capital because they don’t know what new federal rules they’ll have to pay for next.  Jackson noted, “It’s always a struggle to keep up with the new regulation’s coming out, it’s our goal to comply with every law, rule and regulation.  But it’s a full time job trying to keep up with them.”
