At a recent campaign rally in Virginia, the President said, “If you’ve got a small business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.” Yesterday in the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Ben Bruno, who started a small technology company back in 1986 and grew it through good times and bad, disagreed. He writes:
