Following a recent luncheon in Steubenville, Ohio, Congressman Bill Johnson and NFIB member Al Macre discussed the difficulties costly and constantly changing regulations create for small businesses. In their conversation, Congressman Johnson notes: “It’s creating such a cloud of uncertainty, that’s what’s causing businesses to sit back and to go into a ‘wait-and-see’ mode. When is Washington going to get out of the way? When is Washington going to become more effective, more efficient, and more concerned about the next generation than the next election?”
